Julianne has been in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years, commencing as a receptionist and sales support but her passion was with Property Management.
Julianne instantly adapted and built the rental portfolio to what it is now. She is determined to proceed in growth and give the loyal dedicated, personal service owners and tenants deserve which has given Julianne a strong rapport with both.
Julianne's role includes being responsible for all aspects of her growing portfolio which incorporates liaising with owners, finding suitable tenants, property inspections, repairs and maintenance.
With her valued knowledge, a full understanding of the property management industry and continually keeping up to date with the changing legislations, Julianne is a key contributor to our Burke and Smyth team.
