Gavin has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2003 and is the Managing Director of Burke & Smyth and manages all of the Commercial Asset Transactions; from Sales, Leasing, Management, Project Development, advice and Feasibility Studies. Having being born and bred in Tamworth he has an astute knowledge of the region and business within. With strong experience in Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects from the ground up, he is at the forefront to help his clients either buying or selling achieve the correct outcome in their asset transaction. As an owner of commercial property, Gavin understands the necessity to build relationships between tenants and landlords and understands the importance to match the right tenant to the right property to produce long-term business relationships.

Outside the office Gavin spends his time between his farming interests and assisting his son Ryan with his Red Angus Cattle Stud and on the show circuit and the Tamworth Swans AFL club of which he is a Life Member and has clocked up nearly 230 Games for the club.
